Having launched and run her own consultancy, she understands firsthand the challenges involved in selling professional services. Her educational background enables her to bring a research-based approach to client solutions in the areas of business strategy, leadership development, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

A bit of a psychometrics geek, Carolyn sees the client value that talent data delivers. Carolyn holds a Masters in Leadership and Organizational Development from St. Louis University. Outside of work, she likes to spend time with her husband and considers herself a jazz enthusiast.
