Denise Terry

Manager of Data Analytics and Customer Insights

As GrowthPlay’s Manager of Data Analytics and Customer Insights, Denise helps clients look at their own data with a critical eye and pair the information with the Chally sales talent assessment data to deliver powerful insights. She is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of client research projects, including review and analysis of sales performance data, creation of custom profile solutions, and analysis of customer success factors.

Denise has vast experience in sales talent assessments, data extraction, database analysis and organization, sales forecasting, sales research, and market area analysis across a wide variety of industries. This background gives her an informed perspective on how success is measured in different fields and an ability to make data come to life for our clients. She approaches each project with the understanding that the results will impact peoples’ lives; she creates a roadmap on how to get the most of each employee or provides recommendations on whether to hire someone. Denise strives to find data-driven solutions which deliver powerful sales insights that make sense in the real world. Clients that have worked with Denise know that she is responsive, dedicated, flexible, and they walk away from a project knowing she took the time to understand what they do, how they measure success, and that she will go the extra mile to deliver impactful sales talent assessment results.

Denise earned her B.A. in English at the Ohio State University, and her M.B.A. from Franklin University, focusing on applied leadership and technological advances in the market research industry. She currently lives with her husband and beloved dog in Fairborn, Ohio, but has called many places home.
