As the Manager of Client Services and Support, Sue Pearson oversees the team that ensures GrowthPlay clients have all the assistance they need to effectively use our sales talent assessment. Sue and her team help clients find and deploy a talented, high capacity salesforce to drive measurable, profitable, bottom-line sales growth.
Sue has built her career by providing superior customer support, first at NCR Corporation followed by more than 20 years on the Chally Assessment Talent Analytics team. This experience gives her a unique ability to understand customer’s needs and see problems from their point-of-view. Sue has deep expertise in how our assessments and business solutions can best be leveraged in sales talent development and recruitment. She helps clients align their sales roles to their sales strategy, and their sales talent to their sales roles. Sue’s capacity to think strategically and take the time to get an in-depth understanding of the client’s needs, means that her solutions are more effective and impactful. Clients that have worked with Sue say they appreciate that she takes the time to build a relationship with them in order to meet their needs.
Outside of work, her extra time is spent with her large extended family and group of friends. Sue is also an avid reader, loves to spend time working in her yard, playing with her grandchildren, and training her unruly dog.
