As a Principal Consultant with GrowthPlay, Toni Wells focuses on doer seller training and coaching both individuals and teams in professional service firms.
Toni has 22 years of business development and marketing experience in both public and private sector organizations, including leaderships positions at three AmLaw 100 law firms. Her primary focus over the past 14 years has been business development, talent development, and client relationship management in the legal services industry. Toni believes in a tailored approach for each of the opportunities and challenges affecting her clients. She also works with her clients to develop a strategy appropriate to their specific business needs, with one ultimate goal in mind: to develop or strengthen client relationships that drive client engagement. Clients say that they can count on her to set goals and implementation plans that are reasonable and achievable, whether it is for an individual or a leader of a team of individuals.
Toni earned a Masters in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in English from the University of Maryland at College Park. Toni serves as a coach for the Diversity Lab’s OnTrack Sponsorship program, which was born out of the 2016 Women in Law Hackathon.
